LPF President David Bernstein made a CBE in The Queens New Year Honours List
David Bernstein’s services to the world of football have been recognized by her Majesty the Queen in her New Year’s honours list. LPF Chair, Joyce Cook OBE said: “We are all delighted for David and his family for this very well-deserved recognition of his years of service to football. It also gives us the chance to warmly thank him for his unwavering support and friendship for Level Playing Field and our works. It is such great news and a lovely start to 2014 for us all.”

Announcing the 2014 LPF Weeks of Action
The LPF Weeks of Action will soon be here, they take place from the 15th to the 30th March. It is not too early to let us know what your club or DSA are planning to do to celebrate the LPF Weeks of Action. We will publicise planned events via future e-newsletter and our website. Disability Hate Crime Publications
A disability hate crime is when someone commits a crime that is motivated by hostility, or prejudice, because the victim is a disabled person, or is perceived as a disabled person then the crime will be a disability hate crime. LPF has noticed an increase in the number of disability hate crime incidents being reported at live sports events and on online fans forums.
