As always we are wishing you well during these difficult times. As COVID-19 continues to heavily impact the therapy industry, we bring you our next bulletin with coronavirus specific information to support you during this 'most unusual' period in time.

Whilst there are unprecedented challenges we are facing together, as individuals, and also small businesses, there is potential for adapting and new foundations to be built.

There has been an incredible sense of kindness, gratitude and wellbeing recently and we wanted to show our appreciation for all the acts of kindness shown across the industry.

National treasure Captain Tom Moore stole the hearts of many recently. He set himself a challenge to raise £1000 for the NHS by walking a 100 laps of his garden (2.5km/1.6 miles) before his 100th birthday. The walk was a huge success and has now raised over £33m! In honour of this Captain Tom has been awarded a prestigious gold Blue Peter badge, the show’s highest accolade, and has also been made an honorary colonel.

Clinical Psychologist, Katrina Hinkley, decided to embark on a Lockdown Litter Pick on behalf of Somerset Wildlife Trust. The challenge involved picking up 26 pieces of litter every day, for a week. Katrina incorporated this challenge into her daily 1 hour of exercise and was amazed at the sheer volume of litter out there! You can see all manner of things Katrina collected by visiting her page.

The BBC have published a page with some wonderful heartwarming and uplifting lockdown stories that we would like to share with you here. Take a quick look, I promise you will struggle not to raise a smile or two at least. Another delightful news page worth visiting is positive.news where you will find inspirational news covering a wide range of interesting subjects such as trailblazing initiatives that could help stamp out slave labour.
