The weather has taken on an autumnal feel over the last week or so, but it’s been lovely to have some sunshine to boost the spirits before the long slog through the winter.

I know I’ve been working with my team at Private Practice Hub on some new ideas and I’m sure you’ve been doing the same.

I’m conscious that the year can slip by without me really noticing because I have my head down and working hard at all the things I do from day to day. But unless I spend some real time focusing on where to take my business next, I can find that another huge chunk of time has passed.

Complementary Therapy Awards
I'm delighted to share the shortlist of finalists for the Complementary Therapy Awards 2018 here. Such a great range of projects and disciplines, all working to help clients regain and retain their health and well-being. On 24 September they were joined by their panel of expert judges who were blown away by the inspirational stories and projects presented – making a very difficult job indeed! The winners will be revealed on the 18 October at the Cumberland Hotel, London when they looking forward to celebrating at the awards lunch with the finalists, supporters and VIPs.
