Transition Event, Distance Learning Courses & lots more...

The Transition Event Midlands 2018

The Transition Event Midlands 2018 brings together practitioners, parents and leading experts to support young people with disabilities or mental health needs through transition. It will be held on 17th May at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry. The one-day conference and exhibition enables delegates to debate the future options for young people and help find new and existing pathways to their future and independence. Focusing on all main transition topics, including EHCPs; education; housing; care and support; and employment, the conference is chaired by Caroline Bennett, Associate Director for Social Care at the Council for Disabled Children, a leading champion for young disabled adults’ transition and their future choices.
