Staffordshire Library

The Multi-Sensory Experience Room in Stafford is now open for public use at Stafford Library in Tipping Street. The room offers visitors with learning difficulties, babies or young children a unique environment to enhance their hearing, sight, smell and touch with a range of specialist equipment including a music creation hand wall, an interactive bubble tube and lots of sensory toys. The room is FREE to use and 30 or 60 minute sessions can be booked by contacting Stafford Library on 01785 278351.

Short Breaks Discussion - Your Views

PODS are going to be holding Short Breaks discussions, on 27th September, the venue is to be confirmed. There will be two discussions held, an early session and a later session to enable everyone to have their say. All views will be taken to the Local Authority, with the hope that moving forward things will improve.

IPSEA SEND Foundation Training

IPSEA SEND Foundation Training is available FREE for parent carers in Telford & Wrekin.  We are pleased to be able to fund this acclaimed training written specifically for parent carers through our BIG Lottery funding.  Please book early to avoid disappointment. Training will cover a wide range of SEN information from graduated approach through to EHCPs for all needs – more information available in the link.
