Big Health and Wellbeing Conversation Survey

Message shared from Edna Boampong, Director of Communications and Engagement, NHS Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin...

"Dear Sir/Madam,

In March, NHS Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin launched The Big Health and Wellbeing Conversation. The aim is to understand local views on what is affecting their health and wellbeing, and what things would make the biggest difference to improve experiences of local health and care services.

Over the last few months, we have held a series of listening events and attended community groups, this week we launch the big health and wellbeing survey. We are inviting anyone who lives, works, or accesses health and care services in Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin to tell us their views about local health and care services and what should be done to improve them.

People who register their views can also opt in to enter a free prize draw with a chance to win £100 worth of vouchers (terms and conditions apply).

The survey is a great opportunity for those who haven’t been able to attend one of the Big Conversation public events to have their say, and ensure everyone has a voice.

To complete the survey please visit Big Health and Wellbeing Conversation. The survey closes Thursday 22 June 2023.

For anyone unable to complete the survey online, please email stw.communications@nhs.net or call 0333 150 3069.

To make it as easy as possible we have created a toolkit, which includes, newsletter copy, website copy, social media posts etc. Most of the content you can just copy and paste and use it without editing. To access the toolkit click here

Thank you in advance for your support.

Edna"
