We think so and because we own and have built the InTouch platform, we're able to customise it to work specifically for different industries and market sectors.

Why? Because we know that certain aspects of information need to be held differently within database systems. A local council does not want to have a sales lead function if they are using InTouch to communicate with local residents in the same way as a Football club does not need fields asking for Car Registration numbers!

InTouch can be customised for use by any organisation by creating ‘Custom Data Fields’ but we have decided to take it a step further by creating versions of our platform to work for certain industries. Operating in this way, will allow us to provide industry specific systems and solutions which meet needs and create real value.
