Welcome to the InTouch with Communities E-Engagement survey. Below you will see a set of simple statements which will help us make sure that you are on the right track with your website and your E-Engagement for your community.

We don't have a website at all at the moment
We have a website which is not ours but linked to another larger council

Our site is updated rarely and users find information difficult to find
We try and update the site each month but rely on users to return to find new information
We update our website on a regular basis and alert users to new stories

Website Engagement

We allow our users to contribute on articles that we publish
All we provide on our website is basic information for people to view
We allow users to sign up to a newsletter or send in comments

Community Engagement

Users can contribute within blogs and online resident surveys
We provide simple online polls for users to contribute on key issues
We don't provide any methods for our residents to engage with our website

Contact our Councillors

We provide an email address for our councillors and direct resident queries directly to them
Our councillor information is present on the website but we don't make communication to them easy
We provide a contact form on the site which gets sent to a council administrator

e-Newsletters

We send a regular e-mail newsletter in addition to a printed newsletter to our local residents
We send emails to councillors and residents who ask questions but don't provide any bulk community e-newsletters
We don't use email newsletters at all

e-Mail for our Clerks and Councillors

Our clerks don't have an email address
We have 1 or 2 email addresses for the council but most are personal emails
We have professional email addresses for each of our clerks and councillors to use to respond on local issues

Alerts and Reminders

We expect all of our local residents to come back to our website each week
We promote the website within lots of communications, hoping that customers will come back
We provide a simple alert service that reminds our community when articles of interest are published on our site
