InTouch integrates with the Kashflow accountancy package to allow you to create invoiced using your customer database help within InTouch. In addition to this news we're pleased to be able to offer both systems at a price of £29.99 a month - thats a saving of 10% on the UK's leading accountancy software and integrated CRM/Communications platform!
Kashflow allows you to keep track of quotes all the way from initial leads through to sales. This integration is designed to synchronise with your InTouch accounts, letting you work seamlessly with your everyday billing process.
- You first need a Kashflow account which can be set up via the Kashflow website (www.kashflow.com). There is the option for a free 30 day trial.
- Log in to your KashFlow account and navigate to “Settings -> API Settings”.
- Check the box “Enable the API for my KashFlow account” and uncheck the box “Only allow specific IP addresses to access my account via the API”.
- Save the updates.
You can now synchronise your accounts from Kashflow to InTouch. Once logged into InTouch you can find the Kashflow options within the Sales dropdown. You will have a whole new tab which will be for Kashflow.
