InTouch with Communities has helped Puriton Parish Council engage with their local residents and build stronger relationships. The website is easy to use, attractive and always available (a key requirement for the council after experiencing problems with other hosting providers) and the communication tools allows the council to remind local residents of local events, news and interesting information. Puriton realised that providing the website was only one key element of the engagement process.
