Our history and background is forged in the Automotive Industry of the UK midlands. We are lucky enough to be able to provide our clients with a broad range of understanding and skills sets. For the last 30 years our team have been providing Body Engineering and design studio support to many of the major OEM’s on a worldwide basis, in particular the demanding world of technical ‘A’ class surfacing. The automotive industry recognise that this is a specialist sector and require particular skill sets and experience allied to class leading design software. We have an abundance of all of these. We use ICEM Surf for this and have been doing so for 20 years. The skilled use of this software allows us to offer our clients the ability to explore their design parameters without being constrained by their existing CAD system.

The experience and use of ICEM Surf is only one part of our client support portfolio. When allied to our 3D Scanning facility we are able to provide a client with a full turnkey design and digital modelling service to any level of accuracy and quality.

The combination of our design and 3D scanning experience allows us to support you with a full Reverse Engineering service, Inspection and Optical Measurement service as well as just high quality 3D Scanning to support your own in house design needs.

We were asked by a new Japanese client to potentially support them with automotive technical ‘A’ class surfacing. We were supplied with sectional data through the part of the vehicle required for surfacing. This was a highly confidential project but we can now reveal some details.
