Lords quiz former Paralympian on Olympic and Paralympic legacy
The Lords Olympic and Paralympic Legacy Committee is currently holding an Inquiry into the legacy aspects of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson gave evidence earlier this week. Her evidence was recorded and can be viewed by going to the Parliament website.
During her evidence Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson spoke about the London 2012 legacy opportunities that shouldn’t be missed and highlighted a number of challenges still faced by disabled supporters each week. RFL equality and diversity champion receives MBE
The sterling work done by Rugby Football League (RFL) Equality and Diversity Manager Sarah Williams has been recognised by the awarding of an MBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List.To read the full article click here.
