The 2010 IBSA World Blind Football Championship
On 14th August the 2010 IBSA World Blind Football Championship kicked off at The Royal National College for the Blind in Hereford.Ten of the best blind football teams from around the world are beginning a tournament in the West Midlands. The event runs until 22 August and organisers said it is the biggest disability football event ever to be held in this England. To find out more, please click here [+]

2010 CPISRA European Football 7-A-SIDE Championship
CPISRA (Cerebral Palsy International Sports and Recreation Association), the world's governing body for Cerebral Palsy football, has awarded Glasgow the 2010 CPISRA European Football 7-a-side Championships. CAFE participated in 3rd EFFC in Barcelona
With two representatives, Elena and Karolina, CAFE took part in the 3rd European Football Fans’ Congress organized by Football Supporters Europe in Barcelona from 16th-18th July 2010. Motherwell Sort It Out
Motherwell Disabled Fans with support of Keith Ferguson, CAFE's Development Officer has successfully formed a new DSA. Motherwell DSA is going to work closely with their club on all future disabled access issues. On the 28th July the inaugural meeting was held in Fir Park Stadium and a committee of ten was formed. Biggest Attendance At Falkirk!
Wednesday 12th August saw the launch of the new Falkirk FC Disabled Supporters Club with over 20 people at the kick off meeting, the highest yet at start up in Scotland. Ten fans came forward to form the committee namely Stuart MacNeil, Tom Paterson, Willie Kinsella, Ronnie Bateman , Nicky MacNeil, John Scobie, Pauline Scobie, Graeme Brownlee, Murray Macintyre & Bill Robertson. John Crowley studied Spanish at the University of Durham in the North of England and, as a young man, lived for a while in Granada, Spain. He was a teacher of Spanish in colleges before working as a Principal of a college until his retirement in 2008. Read more about John
Deborah Wood was born and raised in Milan, Italy, until the age of 17, when she relocated to Manchester, UK. At University, she studied Translation and Interpreting and, as part of her student placement, lived for 6 months in Seville, southern Spain. Read more about Deborah
