PODS Forum Annual Survey 2019

Thank you if you have already completed our annual survey.  If you haven’t done it yet, we’re sending this little reminder to ask if you could please find the time to do so. This will help us to get a really good evidence base of what is happening in Telford and Wrekin, and what matters most to our families, so that we can ensure we work on these areas for you.

It takes about 15 minutes to complete and covers a range of questions across Health, Education, Social Care, Community and your wellbeing. 

There’s also a prize draw for a £100 gift voucher of your choice – and this will be drawn in time for Christmas.
